About Your Warranty
Equipment defects covered by this warranty will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Frost AirConditioning and/or the Air Conditioning Unit Manufacturer (subject to the Owner’s rights under the Australian Consumer Law with respect to major failures) without cost to the owner for parts or direct repair labour.
The repair or replacement shall be performed during normal business hours by Frost Air Conditioning or an Authorised warranty repair agent.
If Frost Air attend site and find that it is a fault with the unit which falls under Manufacturer’s Warranty we will lodge a warranty call with the Manufacturer within 48 hours and they will then contact you to attend site to repair the faulty unit.
Owner’s Statutory Rights
In respect of any goods supplied under the contract which are not of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal or household use or consumption, unless the owner establishes the following limitation of liability would not be fair and reasonable, the liability of Frost Air Conditioning for any defect of design, materials or workmanship will be limited to any of the following as determined by Frost Air Conditioning:-
- Replacing the equipment or supplying equivalent equipment;
- Repairing the equipment;
- Paying the cost of replacing the equipment or acquiring equivalent equipment;
- Paying the cost of having the equipment repaired
